DOMINICK A. 'TITI' POSSIDENTO a longtime resident of Stamford, CT and a retired Stamford Police Officer passed away on September 6, 2007 in Vero Beach, FL. Mr. Possidento was born on October 23, 1931. The son of the late Donato and Angeline Possidento. He is survived by his loving wife Annette Fratturo Possidento. Also surviving are two sons Daniel Possidento of Stamford, CT and Anthony Possidento of Trumbull, CT. Two daughters also survive him, Linda Angelo and Nancy John both residing in Trumbull, CT. Mr. Possidento is survived by a sister, Carmella 'Dolly' Sibilio and predeceased by a brother, Joseph Sibilio and a sister Marie Pugliese. Also surviving by 8 cherished grandchildren; Tiffany, Joey, Mike, Jeff, Vinny, Danielle, Anthony and Alex. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 13 2007 at 10:30 a.m., Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Darien, CT. Friends may call at the Lacerenza Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 12 2007, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT from 4 until 8 p.m.
